Another successful Quiz night at the monthly ASWI social evening in Pompy

20 of the local senior members attended, dividing into 3 teams for the quiz; Betty Adams leading the Suffering Sixes, Tony Walton leading the Pharaohs and Elaine (she who must be obeyed) leading the Don't Knows.

A closely contested evening with the lead changing many times, however, with cleaver use of their Joker in the 7 round (2nd picture board round) the Don't knows came from 3rd to be clear winner on the night.

As you can see from the photos the winning team were presented with a bag a Maltesers with the runners up; the Suffering Sixes winning the wooden spoon.

Due to refurbishment of the GI Club house in March the next meeting will now that place on Apr 22nd. Theme to be decided and announced at a later date.
